The website provides information about my services: building and improving websites on Tilda, WordPress, and other platforms, automation with n8n, Telegram bots, Google Sheets integrations, and email campaigns. It also contains examples of my work (a portfolio) and a contact form.

The texts, images, design, page code, and other materials on the website belong to me. They may not be copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without my written permission. You may share a link to the website and quote short fragments with attribution. The names, logos, and materials of clients and third-party services belong to their owners.

By submitting a request through the form, you agree to the processing of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Please do not include sensitive information in the form.

5. Services

Information about services, timelines, and approximate prices on the website is for reference only and is not a public offer. Specific terms, scope of work, timelines, and cost are agreed separately with each client.

The information on the website is provided “as is”. I try to keep it accurate and up to date, but I do not guarantee that it is error-free or that the website will work without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss arising from the use of the website or the inability to use it.

7. Third-party services

The website and related tools (including publishing to social networks through my own applications) use the APIs of third-party services: Google (including YouTube), Meta, Telegram, and TikTok. Their use is also governed by the terms and policies of those services. Links to external resources are provided for convenience, and I am not responsible for their content.

I may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page, and the date of the last update is shown at the top.
